Stop Leaving Your Poker Improvement to Chance.

Build a Poker Improvement System That Makes Your Effort Count.

You know improving at poker takes work. But knowing what to study, following through consistently, evaluating your progress, and adjusting when things aren't working are different challenges.

Systematizing Your Poker Success™ gives you a practical, six-step framework for making improvement more intentional, structured, and sustainable.

Build Your Poker Improvement System

You're Putting in the Work. But Is It Working?

Serious poker players know that improving takes work.

You study strategy. Review hands. Watch training videos. Put in the hours.

But despite all that effort, you may still struggle to decide what to study, maintain a consistent practice routine, or know whether your efforts are actually paying off.

You might consume plenty of information without applying it consistently. Or find yourself changing direction every time your results take a downturn.

Sound familiar?

The problem may not be how hard you're working.

It may be how your improvement efforts are organized.

Without a reliable process, even motivated players can spend considerable time studying without making the progress they're capable of making.

More information isn't always the answer...

Poker players have more learning resources available than ever before.

Training videos. Solvers. Books. Coaching. Hand reviews.

But having access to more information doesn't automatically translate into better decisions at the table.

You need a way to turn what you're learning into purposeful practice—and a way to determine whether that practice is working.

That means knowing what deserves your attention, creating consistent improvement habits, using meaningful feedback, and making adjustments without constantly starting over.

That's where Systematizing Your Poker Success™ comes in.

SPS helps you build a repeatable process for developing your skills, rather than leaving your improvement to motivation, guesswork, or whatever happens to catch your attention next.

BUILD YOUR IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM

Your Time Is Too Valuable for an Improvement Process That Keeps Starting Over.

Every hour you devote to poker improvement is an investment.

But when your approach is scattered, it's easy to spend that time studying without a clear purpose, practicing without meaningful feedback, or abandoning plans before they've had a fair chance to work.

The cost isn't just frustration. It's missed opportunities to make your effort count.

You don't need unlimited study time, perfect motivation, or another complicated improvement plan.

You need a reliable process that helps you make better use of the time and energy you already have.

Questions Before You Start?

If you’re thinking it, you’re probably not the only one.

Meet Dr. Tricia Cardner

Poker Player, Psychotherapist, & Performance Coach

I've spent much of my professional life studying a question that matters to every serious poker player: What does it actually take to get better at something?

As a psychotherapist, former psychology professor, poker player, and performance coach, I've spent years exploring how people develop expertise, build effective habits, manage their emotions, and perform under pressure.

I've also experienced firsthand how challenging poker improvement can be. There's always another concept to study, another hand to review, and another skill that needs attention. The challenge isn't simply finding more information. It's knowing what to do with it.

That's why my work focuses on helping players bridge the gap between knowing what they should do and consistently putting that knowledge into practice.

I'm the author of three poker psychology and performance books: Positive Poker, Peak Poker Performance, and Purposeful Practice for Poker. Through my writing, teaching, and coaching, I've helped serious players develop more intentional approaches to learning, practicing, and performing.

Systematizing Your Poker Success™ brings these ideas together into one practical framework.

My goal isn't to give you another collection of study tips. It's to help you build a personalized improvement process that you can actually use, evaluate, adjust, and sustain.

Because lasting improvement shouldn't depend on constantly finding the next new thing to study.

It should come from having a reliable process for getting better.
